
The skiing and snowboarding have been off the hook thanks to over two feet of snow so far in February! Winter Life in Taos is very much alive! Eske's is open seven nights a week, serving lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday (and Monday February 15th too!).
Of course we'll have live music throughout the of month, Sushi Tuesday, ethnic foods on Thursday, the Sunday Blue Plate Special, and local favorite, Monday Madness. Check out or monthly calendar for details...

February 7th - Southern Fried Chicken with Smashed potatoes, Buttermilk Gravy, and a fresh mixed greens salad.
February 14th - Southwestern Style Turkey Meatloaf (with green chiles, pine nuts, tomatoes) served with home made Smashed Potatoes and gravy and sauteed green beans.
February 21st - Shepherd's Pie Chunks of Colorado lamb simmered with vegetables, sherry, and a bit of New Mexico spice, topped with a mashed potato and cheddar crust and served with a salad.
